A Strategic Plan for New Trier Township"
In 2008 New Trier Township unveiled a strategic plan that is guiding the Township through Fiscal Year 2012. With a mission to provide leadership, advocacy and resources to benefit the physical, mental and social well-being of New Trier Township residents, the plan "Moving Forward: A Strategic Plan for New Trier Township" identifies emerging needs and includes an action plan that employs traditional and new funding methods.
