                        |  Collector Joe Fell nttinfo@ameritech.net 847-446-8202 Joe Fell, a Winnetka resident since 1940, was appointed Collector in April 2006. In 2009 he was elected to a four-year term in office. He is controller of The Fell Company of Winnetka. He is a past Village of Winnetka Trustee and past member of the Winnetka Plan Commission. He has served as a trustee of the North Suburban Mass Transit District and as chairman of its Handicapped committee. He has also served as treasurer of the Winnetka Youth Organization, treasurer of the Winnetka Community House, and president of the Winnetka-Northfield Jaycees.
