Stefan Mozer is an attorney specializing in probate matters especially regarding issues involving adults and minors with disabilities. He was a member of the Ad Hoc Committee of the Chicago Bar Association that wrote the Illinois Power of Attorney for Property and Health Care Statute. A 17-year resident of Wilmette, he had served on the Township's Health and Human Services Committee for six years before being elected a Trustee in 2005.
