New Trier Township thanks each of the 30 social service agencies that submitted an application for potential funding of 44 programs in Fiscal 2009. All grant applicants received an opportunity for a public hearing. The New Trier Township funding process is driven by advisory committees, made up of volunteers from the community, who carefully review all applications to make sure that they meet the Township's criteria for funding of grant applicants. Following the review process, the advisory committees make recommendations to the Supervisor and Board of Trustees.
