Your New Trier Township Elected Officials

Voters in New Trier Township elected candidates to eight Township Government offices in the April 7, 2009 consolidated election. Elected officials serve a four year term commencing in May 2009. Per Illinois statute, the Township Assessor and Township Collector commenced their terms in January 2010.

Voter Registration

Eligible Township residents may register to vote at the Township Office, 739 Elm Street in Winnetka, Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Two forms of identification, one with your current address are required.

To register to vote, you must be:
    1. A U.S. citizen
    2. At least 18 years old by Election Day
    3. A resident of your precinct at least 30 days
        prior to an election
