We create middle school and high school teen depression awareness programs so educators and teens can create safe spaces to learn about depression, letting students know they are never alone, and there is somewhere to turn.

NAMI works to educate, advocate, listen and lead to improve the lives of people with mental illness and their loved ones. NAMI Basics is a free 6-session education program available online and in-person for parents, caregivers and other family who provide care for youth (ages 22 and younger) who are experiencing mental health symptoms. NAMI also offers a variety of support groups to those struggling with, recovering from, or supporting a loved one with mental illness, trauma, or grief.
